Application portfolio management

A living record of every application you run.

Most organizations cannot say with confidence how many applications they run, who owns each one, or where it sits in its lifecycle. We stand up an application portfolio management practice that answers those questions and stays current: a governed inventory, clear ownership, lifecycle and technical health status, and the routines that keep it accurate after we hand it over.

Application portfolio rationalization

Decide what to keep, consolidate, or retire.

Starting from a trusted inventory, we map every application to the business capabilities it serves and document total cost of ownership. Overlap across departments and silos is where the savings hide. Each application gets a clear call: tolerate, invest, migrate, or retire. Vendor contracts and renewals are tied to the applications they pay for, so savings land in real budgets.

Fractional enterprise architecture

Our leadership has held senior enterprise architect roles at Toyota North America, Lockton, Frontier Airlines, and BNSF Railway, with earlier work at Southwest Airlines and Deloitte, and has run IT teams from the budget side. That experience spans healthcare, insurance, airlines, rail, and automotive.
